Hussam Kamal: One-off match is unfair; we have to fight in order to win

Al-Sadd defender Hussam Kamal has spoken of his team’s readiness ahead of the crucial AFC Champions League playoff match against Esteghlal, which will be played in Tehran on Tuesday.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Hussam said: “It will be a tough match. The Al-Sadd players are fully ready to give their best, despite the fact that it is a one-off match, which is unfair for the team. However, we are capable of putting up our best performance and fighting on the pitch to get the win and book a place in the group stage.”
