Day off for first team; reserves to face Al-Shamal

The Al-Sadd football first team players were given a day off from training on Sunday following the 3-2 win over Al-Arabi in the Qatar Stars League Round 8 match played on Saturday.

The result lifted Al-Sadd back to second place in the league standings with a tally of 18 points from 8 games.

The Wolves will return to training at 5:30 PM on Monday at the club’s training pitch to begin preparations to face Al-Khor in the Round 9 game that will be played on the 2nd of December.

Meanwhile, the reserves are scheduled to face Al-Shamal in the QatarGas League Round 9 match which will be played at the Hamad bin Khalifa Stadium on Sunday with kickoff from 6:10 PM.
