Al-Haydos: We made the match difficult for ourselves

Al-Sadd attacker Hassan Al-Haydos spoke of his happiness after the Wolves triumphed 3-2 over Al-Arabi in the QSL Round 8 match played on Saturday at the Grand Hamad Stadium.

Speaking after the match, Al-Haydos said: “The match was easy, we were capable of clinching it from the start. But misfortune in the attack denied us more than two goals. It allowed Al-Arabi the opportunity to come back to the game. However, we managed to win it in the last minutes.”

He went on to add: “We made the match tougher for ourselves. But we won and got three points which are important for our league campaign, bringing us back to second place in the race for the title.”
