Al-Sadd conclude preparations for Al-Kharaitiyat; Al-Dosari, Pouraliganji & Abubakar ruled out

The Al-Sadd football first team concluded its preparations for the upcoming game against Al-Kharaitiyat with a final session on Wednesday evening at the club’s training ground.

The QNB Stars League Round 11 game against Al-Kharaitiyat is set to kick off at 6:10 PM on Thursday at the Al-Khor Stadium.

During the final training session, Al-Sadd coaching staff focused on physical and light technical training in addition to various reaction exercises. Later, the players faced each other in a small-sided practice match.

At the end of the session, head coach Jesualdo Ferreira announced the matchday squad, which saw Saad Al-Dosari and Yasser Abubakar continue to be absent due to injury, in addition to Iranian defender Morteza Pouraliganji who has not reached full fitness.

The 18-man squad is as follows: Jehad Mohammed, Meshaal Barsham, Musab Kheder, Abdulaziz Al-Jalabi, Hassan Al-Haydos, Meshaal Al-Shammari, Ahmed Sohail, Ahmed Bader Sayyar, Jugurtha Hamroun, Xavi Hernandez, Salem Al-Hajri, Ayoob Mashhoor, Khoukhi Boualem, Hatem Kamal, Pedro Miguel, Fahad Shnain and Ali Asad.

Afterwards, the team left for a closed camp at the Westin Doha Hotel, where they will stay until leaving for the game on Thursday.
