Al-Sadd conclude preparations ahead of Al-Kharaitiyat clash, Ferreira announces the squad

Al-Sadd concluded their preparations ahead of the QSL season opener against Al-Kharatiyiay with a final training session on Saturday evening at the club’s training facility. The match is set to be played at the Khalifa International Stadium on Sunday, with kickoff scheduled for 5:35 PM.

The coaching staff used the final session to work on physical fitness before moving on to light technical drills with the ball, in addition to movement and reaction exercises. This was followed by a mini practice match between the players.

At the end of the session, head coach Jesualdo Ferreira announced the 18-man squad for the game. Later, the team left for a closed camp at the Westin Doha Hotel, where they will stay until departing for the game on Sunday.

Al-Sadd head of football Mohammed Ghanem Al-Ali was a notable presence at the training session on Sunday, meeting with the players at the beginning of the session and expressing his support for them before the start of the new season.
