2020 AFC Champions League: Al-Sadd delegation departs for Kuala Lumpur to attend group stage draw

An Al-Sadd delegation consisting of first team officer Mohammed Saeed Al-Hassan and media officer Ahmed Al-Ansari departed for Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, to attend the 2020 AFC Champions League group stage draw.

Al-Sadd will represent Qatari in the next edition of the competition after winning the 2018-19 QNB Stars League title.

The draw is set to be held on Tuesday, December 10 and will be followed by a workshop for the participating clubs and media officers.

In the last edition of the AFC Champions League, Al-Sadd reached the semifinal stage before losing to eventual winners Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia.
