Fernando Paolo: I have confidence in my team

The pre-tournament press conference for the AFC Futsal Club Championship was held earlier today and Al-Sadd coach Fernando Paolo spoke of the difficulty of the tournament which brings together the best Asian teams.

Paolo said: “I took up the reins of the team one month ago, but I know the team and the players well. I have confidence in the abilities of the players. The team has in its ranks young players who are really motivated to give their all in the tournament.”

As for the opponents of the team in Group D, the Al-Sadd coach said that he does not have enough info about the Vietnamese and Taiwanese teams but that from the match between the two on Friday, he will be able to get a complete idea about them and their strengths and weaknesses.
