Yasir Abubakar: We are ready to go for the win, I play according to the coach’s instructions

Al-Sadd player Yasir Abubakar stressed on his side’s readiness ahead of the upcoming Emir’s Cup semifinal against Al-Duhail, adding the team was looking forward to the fans’ support.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Abubakar said: “We are fully ready for the Al-Duhail game. I wish good luck to our team and also the referee, considering what happened in the Qatar Cup final. I expect the Al-Sadd fans to come in large numbers.”

He added: “We know that we’re facing a strong attack. The team is ready for that and we also have excellent players in attack, despite the absence of Bounedjah.”

Yasir also stated that he is capable of playing in multiple positions. “I know that I can play in many positions. I am always ready to work as per the instructions of the coach. My goal is to help the team to win.”
