Tarek Salman: We are only focused on ourselves, we are excited for the remaining games

Al-Sadd defender Tarek Salman expressed his happiness after his side’s important victory over Al-Duhail in Round 20 of the QNB Stars League.

In his comments after the game, Tarek said: “We’re very happy with this win, and the 3 important points. It’s a third successive victory after the break, and this bodes well for the team’s improvement in this current period.”

He added: “We are excited for all the remaining games. We are only focused on ourselves, for improving and developing ourselves. We have been the better team in this period; we are happy with our performance and we will continue to work towards reaching the first or second places.”

The Qatari international concluded by saying: “The team is going through a good period, and the players are really motivated to continue working hard.”
