QNB Stars League: Al-Sadd resume training ahead of Al-Ahli clash

Without taking a day off, the Al-Sadd football first team resumed training on Sunday, following their 2-2 draw with Al-Duhail in the QNB Stars League Round 20 clash on Saturday at the Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium.

The team is now preparing for the upcoming Round 21 clash against Al-Ahli, which will be played on Thursday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium. Al-Sadd currently have 51 points and sit on top of the table, four points ahead of second-placed Al-Duhail. A win over Al-Ahli will confirm Al-Sadd as champions of the QNB Stars League for the 14th time.

During Sunday’s session, the players who had taken part in the last game underwent recovery training while the rest of the players were given specialized training by the coaching staff.
