Al-Sadd lose to Al-Arabi in the QatarGas League

​Al-Sadd Reserves lost 1-2 to Al-Arabi Reserves in a QatarGas League Round 12 match played on Monday at the Grand Hamad Stadium.

The loss meant that Al-Sadd remained with 12 points, with a delayed match against Qatar SC yet to be played.

Al-Arabi Reserves took the lead through Feras Mohammed in the 12th minute before extending it further through Mohammed Ibrahim Khalfan in the 17th minute. In the second half, Al-Sadd reduced the deficit with a powerful effort from Nasser Ibrahim in the 67th minute.

Al-Sadd Reserves Starting XI: Muhannad Naim, Gaser Yahya, Ahmed Sohail, Ali Faiz, Hesham Kamal, Hamad Mansour, Ayoob Mashhoor, Saoud Ibrahim, Hossam Kamal and Mohammed Waad.

Jassim Al-Shammari and Abdullah Khaled entered as substitutes in the second half.
