Hossam Kamal: It was a difficult match; our focus helped us win

Al-Sadd’s Hossam Kamal spoke about his side’s 3-1 win over Al-Wakrah on Monday, saying that it was “a difficult match as expected.”

Speaking to the media after the match, Hossam said: “We had a tough match. The first half was balanced but we managed to score thrice in the second half due to our foucs. We managed to add three more points to our campaign to win the league.”

The Al-Sadd defender added: “The league is still there to play for. We need to work hard in the coming matches to get more victories and more points in order to stay in contention to challenge Lekhwiya.”
