Ferreira announces Al-Sadd squad ahead of Al-Gharafa game

Al-Sadd football first team coach Jesualdo Ferreira has announced the matchday squad for the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 3 game against Al-Gharafa, which will be played on Friday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The squad consists of the following 18 players: Saad Al-Dosari, Meshaal Barsham, Musab Kheder, Xavi, Hassan Al-Haydos, Meshaal Al-Shammari, Salem Al-Hajri, Yasser Abubakar, Hatem Kamal, Saoud Ibrahim, Ghassan Waheed, Boualem Khoukhi, Ali Asad, Ahmed Bader Sayyar, Fahad Shanin, Morteza Pouraliganji, Jugurtha Hamroun and Pedro Miguel.

The coaching staff used Thursday’s final training session to focus on physical training, in addition to implementing light technical drills. This was followed by a mini game between the players at the centre of the training pitch. At the end of the session, the squad left for a closed camp at the Westin Doha Hotel, where they will stay until the time of departure for the match.
