Al-Sadd overcome Al-Arabi in QatarGas U23 League

Al-Sadd U23 registered a deserved 2-0 victory over Al-Arabi U23 in the QatarGas League Round 9 match played on Monday at the Al-Khor Stadium.

The result raised Al-Sadd’s points tally to 11. Ayoob Mashhoor opened the scoring for the Wolves with a 26th minute penalty while Hassan Ahmed doubled the lead with a close range strike in the 75th minute.

Al-Sadd played with the following lineup: Meshaal Barshim (GK), Bahaa Al-Laythi, Hussain Bahzad, Abdullah Shams, Abdulaziz Bakheet, Ayoob Mashhoor, Meshaal Ibrahim, Abdulaziz Al-Jalabi, Saoud Al-Nasr, Jassim Al-Shammari, Hassan Ahmed.
