Al-Sadd intensify preparations ahead of Al-Duhail clash
The Al-Sadd football first team intensified their preparations ahead of the upcoming continental clash with Al-Duhail on Tuesday. The two local rivals will go head to head in the Round of 16 first leg game which will kick off at 7 PM at the Al-Janoub Stadium.
Led by head coach Xavi Hernandez, the technical staff implemented the training programme which focused on attack and defence, in addition to quick one-touch play. All the first team stars were present for the session, which was the second in Doha following the team’s return from the overseas camp in Spain.
Tuesday’s game will see Al-Sadd resume their hunt for a third Asian title. The Wolves reached the Round of 16 after topping Group D with 11 points from six games.
