Al-Sadd intensify preparation for Al-Rayyan

​The Al-Sadd football first team continued to train on Wednesday, intensifying preparation for the upcoming Qatar Stars League Round 25 game against Al-Rayyan, which will be played on Sunday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The session saw the participation of all the stars of the team as they trained under the supervision of the head coach Jesualdo Ferreira, who focused on the technical and tactical sides of the game.

In the second half of the session, Ferreira held a practice scrimmage between the players during which the coaching staff focused on moving the ball quickly and into the court of the opponent alongside putting continuous pressure.

Hamza returns to group training

The session also saw the participation of striker Hamza Al-Sanhaji, who returned after an absence that had kept him out of the team since suffering an injury in the game against Al-Gharafa.

Mansour Muftah attends the training session

Former Qatar national team striker Mansour Muftah attended the session on Wednesday ahead of the Clasico against Al-Rayyan.

Intense training for the goalkeepers using Globus

The goalkeepers of the first team trained intensely under the supervision of goalkeeper coach Nando Scarpello using the new Globus technology which helps in increasing the reaction and agility levels.
