Al-Sadd intensifies preparations for Al-Arabi
The Al-Sadd football first team intensified on Monday evening its preparations for the upcoming QSL Round 21 game against Al-Arabi, which is scheduled to be played on Thursday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium
The Al-Sadd players had earlier held a light session on Sunday, with stretching and recovery exercises followed by a jacuzzi session.
On Monday, the coaches looked to work on the fitness levels of the players who did not play against Al-Wakrah, especially the ones who were unavailable for the match. The rest of the players underwent technical training with the ball.
Light session for the reserves
The reserve team players underwent a light session on Monday under the supervision of assistant coach Hisham Zahid, following Sunday’s 2-1 win over El-Jaish reserves in the QatarGas League Round 14 match.
Jeem Cup players meet Xavi
Members of the Kuwaiti kids team playing at the Jeem Cup were present at Al-Sadd’s training session on Monday in order to take pictures with midfield star Xavi Hernandez and a number of other first team players.
