Al-Sadd hold main training session ahead of Al-Khor clash

The Al Sadd first team squad held its main training today Thursday, at the secondary pitch of the club, in preparation for the upcoming match against Al Khor in Round 18 of the QNB Stars League, which will kick off at 7 pm on Saturday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

Al-Sadd go into the game sitting in third place in the table with 32 points, while Al-Khor occupy tenth place with 14 points. The match between the two sides in the first phase ended in a 2-1 win for Al-Sadd.

Thursday’s main training session witnessed the participation of all the first team stars, with the technical staff focusing on choosing the lineup for the game against Al-Khor. Before the start of the session, the coaches met with the players in the centre circle to talk to them about the most important technical details, and urged them to give their best in the next game.

Meanwhile, the session also witnessed the return of Bahaa Al-Leithi, after the end of his loan to Qatar SC.
