Al-Sadd first team gets day off on Monday

Al-Sadd head coach Jesualdo Ferreira has given his players a day off from training on Monday, after an intense period of training during the league break.

The Wolves have been preparing for their upcoming QSL fixture against Al-Rayyan which will be played on April 2 at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The first team is scheduled to resume training at 6:15 PM at the club’s training pitch in order to continue preparations for the Clasico.

Al-Sadd are currently in 2nd place in the league standings with 54 points, two points behind league leaders Lekhwiya.

On Sunday, the first team players underwent tactical training with a focus on their movement on the pitch. Ferreira then went on to hold a practice match between the players.
