Al-Sadd delegation reaches Bad Haring for preseason camp

The Al-Sadd football first team delegation arrived in Bad Haring, Austria at 9:30 AM local time on Thursday in order to begin the 2017-18 preseason camp, which is scheduled to be held between July 20 and August 5.

The delegation was welcomed at the Hotel Das Sieben, the chosen place of stay for the team during the camp.

Earlier on Thursday, the delegation left Doha’s Hamad International Airport at 1:30 AM on Qatar Airways flight towards Munich. After arriving in Munich at 6:30 AM, the team then travelled to Bad Haring via bus in a journey that took 1 hour and 40 minutes.

The 24 players on the squad are as follows: Khoukhi Boualem, Baghdad Bounedjah, Morteza Pouraliganji, Pedro Miguel, Hassan Al-Haydos, Ibrahim Majid, Musab Khodr, Yasser Abubakr, Jugurtha Hamroun, Mohamed Kasola, Ali Asad, Ahmed Sayyar, Hassan Ahmed, Mohammed Waad, Ghassan Waheed, Ayoob Mashhoor, Abdulaziz Al-Jalabi, Saoud Al-Nasr, Jackson Alan, Jehad Hadhib, Hatem Kamal, Abdullah Jannaat, Fahad Shanin, Xavi

Three other players – Salem Al-Hajri, Meshaal Barsham and Meshaal Al-Shammari – will join the squad on July 25 after the end of their participation with the Qatar U23 team at the AFC U23 Championship qualifiers taking place in Doha.

After their arrival at the hotel, the Al-Sadd players had breakfast before moving to their respective rooms to rest. The team is scheduled to hold their first training session in Bad Haring from 5:30 PM local time (6:30 PM Doha).
