Al-Sadd continue to train amidst rainy conditions

The Al-Sadd first team continued to train on Sunday, day 4 of the 2018-19 preseason overseas camp, amidst rainy conditions at the training ground in Bad Haring, Austria.

The evening session was held at the allocated pitch in Bad Haring and began at 7 PM local time. The rain came pouring down but the players worked on physical and technical aspects of the game, under the watchful eye of head coach Jesualdo Ferreira. The training began with a run around the pithc before moving on to warmup exercises and group practice with the ball.

The coaching staff implemented certain tactical moves, dealing with various types of passing, keeping ball possession, quick play and opening up spaces.

Earlier in the day, the players went through the morning session inside the gym at the team hotel. Ferreira was keen to diversify the training methods so as to get the best results.
