Al-Sadd conclude preparations for the Clasico

The Al-Sadd football first team concluded its preparations for the upcoming Clasico clash with Al-Rayyan, with a final training session on Friday evening. The QNB Stars League Round 6 fixture is set to be played at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium on Saturday, with kick-off slated for 5:55 PM.

During the final training session, the coaching staff focused on light technical drills, in addition to reaction and movement exercises, which was followed by a mini practice game.

Later, the head coach Jesualdo Ferreira announced the 18-man squad for the game, which was notable for the absence of Hassan Al-Haydos, who has been ruled out with an ankle injury.

After the end of the session, the squad left for the Westin Doha Hotel, where they will stay overnight before moving to the stadium together for Saturday’s game.
