Al-Breik: Win over Al-Arabi does not give us the league

Al-Sadd first team manager Abdullah Al-Breik expressed his delight after his side’s 7-0 victory over Al-Arabi in the QSL Round 21 match played on Thursday.

Speaking exclusively to the club website, Al-Breik said: “It was a huge and deserved victory. If it was in my hands, I would have distributed the seven goals across the remaining matches so that we could win them all. They are the most important matches for us now.”

The manager also added: “Our victory today did not give us the league title. Today we just registered our return to the race for it. Our respect for the opponent was the prime reason for the huge result.”
