AFC Champions League: Al-Sadd squad set to depart for Riyadh on Sunday

The Al-Sadd first team delegation is set to depart for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Sunday aboard a chartered flight via Kuwait, ahead of the upcoming AFC Champions League semi-final second leg against Al-Nassr. The game will be played on Tuesday evening at the King Saud University Stadium.

The delegation consists of the following players: Saad Al-Dosari, Meshaal Barsham, Jehad Mohammed, Khoukhi Boualem, Yasir Abubakar, Hassan Al-Haydos, Salem Al-Hajri, Akram Afif, Pedro Miguel, Tarek Salman, Hamed Ismail, Abdulaziz Al-Ansari, Gabi, Ali Asad, Jung Woo-young, Hashim Ali, Hussain Bahzad, Nam Tae-hee, Abdullah Ismail, Saoud Al-Nasr

Team management: Turki Nasser Al-Ali (general manager), Mohammed Gholam (sporting director), Abdullah Al-Breik (first team manager), Ahmed Al-Ansari (media officer), Mohammed Saeed (first team official) and Abdulaziz Al-Jeaidi (U-23 team manager)

Al-Sadd will hold their final practice session in Doha on Sunday at the club’s new training facility, before leaving for Riyadh at 7 PM.

Midfielder Ahmed Sayyar has been ruled out of the squad due to injury while Abdelkarim Hassan and Baghdad Bounedjah will not play due to suspension.
