AFC Champions League: Al-Sadd intensify preparations ahead of Al-Hilal clash

The Al-Sadd first team intensified their preparations ahead of the upcoming AFC Champions League 2019 semifinal first leg clash against Al-Hilal (KSA), which will be played on Tuesday, 1 October at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

During Saturday’s training session, the team worked on both attack and defence, in addition to quick one-touch play.

Al-Sadd had earlier begun their preparations for the Al-Hilal clash on Wednesday, a day after the 3-1 win over Al-Sailiya in their postponed QNB Stars League Round 3 game.

Abdelkarim Hassan missed the game against Al-Sailiya due to an illness but was a prominent part of training on Saturday, after completing his recovery.

Meanwhile, the Al-Hilal delegation is scheduled to arrive in Doha on Sunday on a chartered flight.
