AFC Champions League: Al-Sadd delegation reaches Tehran ahead of Persepolis clash

The Al-Sadd football first team safely reached Tehran on Saturday night, ahead of the upcoming AFC Champions League Group C clash with Persepolis.

Upon arrival in Tehran, the team was welcomed by Persepolis officials, led by PR officer Amir Ali Hussein.

The Al-Sadd delegation then traveled to the Espinas Palace Hotel, the place of residence for the duration of their stay in Tehran. The players had dinner before retiring to their beds, ahead of a training session which is scheduled for Sunday. The match is set to kick off at 7 PM (Doha & Tehran time) on Monday at the Azadi Stadium.

Meanwhile, the pre-match press conference for the game will be held 2:15 PM on Sunday, with the technical coordination meeting set for 1:30 PM.
