Abdullah Al-Breik: Thanks to the players, this win is an important step

Al-Sadd team manager Abdullah Al-Breik express his gratitude to the players after the side’s 4-1 win over Al-Kharaitiyat in the Emir’s Cup quarterfinal, saying that the players displayed responsibility and achieved a deserved win.

Speaking to the club website, Al-Breik said: “The players played with seriousness and suceeded in clinching the match in the first half itself. The win is a step forward. The important thing now is the upcoming semifinal.”

The first team manager also said: “We played a great match and we managed to score four goals which gave the players a lot of confidence, considering the high temperature. What is important now is the semifinal which will be played next week. We need to prepare well for it in order to reach our sixth straight Emir’s Cup final.”
