Al-Sadd sign sponsorship deal with Qatarat Co

Al Sadd Sports Club management signed on Monday afternoon a sponsorship deal with Al-Kawthar Water Treatment (Qatarat) which will make the company one of the official sponsors of the club for the next two years.

Mr. Turki Nasser Al-Ali, CEO of Al-Sadd SC signed the deal for the club in the presence of Ahmed Al Sayed, chief marketing officer for the club and Ahmed al-Ansari, press officer and Mohammed Ghulam Al-Baloushi, sporting director. From the other side, the ceremoney was attended by Hamad Ajyan, general manager and Mahmoud Abulkhair, marketing and sales manager at Al Kawther Water Treatment.

At the beginning of the conference Al-Sadd CEO Turki Nasser Al-Ali welcomed all attendees and conveyed his gratitude to His Excellency Mr. Walid bin Fahd Al Mana, chairman of Al Kawthar Water Treatment (Qatarat).

In his speech, the CEO expressed his delight with the signing of the contract, noting that it will support the ambitions of Al Sadd Club, which is always keen on continuous development in all aspects of sports, especially in the context of systematic marketing.

Al-Ali added during the press conference: “This (deal) comes in light of the commitment to Al-Sadd Club, which is firm and has a clear vision for our work in sports. Its goals and objectives are consistent with the strategic goals of the club and his supporting role in the community. It will also maximize the standard of excellence and quality in performance and will introduce the principles of creativity and innovation in planning and implementation while also contributing to the support of community-based knowledge and the diversification of the marketing partnerships of the club.”

Meanwhile, the general manager of Al Kawthar Water Treatment (Qatarat) Mr. Hamid Ajyan said that the company has entered the field of sports through Al Sadd Club, which is considered one of the oldest and largest clubs in the country and Asia. He pointed out that Qatarat has a long history in sponsoring the Qatar National Olympic Committee, beIN Sport channels and many other institutions.

Mr. Ajyan also said during the conference: “The signing of the contract with Al Sadd comes with our belief in the role played by the sports movement in Qatar,” while noting that their relationship with the club is an old and solid one.
The general manager of the company also stressed that the company aims to be of service to the youth through Al Sadd Club, pointing out that Al Sadd Club is the top club in Qatar when it comes to titles and that the Company will not hesitate to establish their relationship with it.
