Al-Sadd honours its staff

Al-Sadd Club CEO Turki Nasser Al-Ali honoured all the staff from the various departments and wings of the club during a ceremony held tonight to appreciate their sincere effort and hard work.

Speaking at the ceremony, Al-Ali lauded the efforts of the best performing employees who had helped the club reach its goals. He said that this honouring comes as part of recongnizing the continuous efforts to improve the work done at the club and the excellence that has been noticed over the last two years.

The CEO said: “Honouring the staff is a must for us. We invest in our human resource to icrease all the potential and to get to a level where we work creatively to face challenges and overcome the obstacles.” He added, “To encourage the creative spirit, to enhance the capabilities and to motivate our employees, we found it necessary to open channels of communication with them through the promotion and adoption of innovative ideas.”

The ceremony saw all the employees honoured by the club, after which photos were taken and a dinner banquet was held.
