The Al-Sadd first team resumed training at 6:15 PM on Sunday evening at the club’s training pitch following a day of rest which was given after the 4-0 win over Al-Khor in Round 22 of the Qatar Stars League.
The Wolves are now scheduled to play Umm Salal in the Round 23 match which will be played at the Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium on March 2.
The coaching staff led by Jesualdo Ferreira implemented physical training on Sunday, which was followed by technical drills with the ball. The players also underwent training for improving movement and transitions.
Hamroun trains alone
Meanwhile, Al-Sadd’s Algerian winger Jugurtha Hamroun trained alone under the supervision of the club’s medical staff. He had missed the last game against Al-Khor after he felt some pain in his back muscle.
