Sepahan delegation reaches Doha

The Sepahan delegation arrived in Doha on Wednesday by private jet, in preparation for the upcoming match against Al-Sadd next Tuesday, the 18th of February, in the matchday 2 game in Group D of the 2020 AFC Champions League.

The delegation consists of 47 members, including players, technical and administrative staff, headed by the president of the club, Humen Firouzi. Upon the arrival of the Iranian team’s delegation to Doha, they were received by Al-Sadd’s public relations official Hamdan Mohamed Al-Jarjawi, to facilitate the entry procedures into the country and work to overcome any difficulties if any.

The delegation headed directly to the Wyndham Regency Hotel, with the team set to conduct their initial training sessions on Al-Sadd’s secondary pitch in the coming days, and the final session taking place on Monday at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.

Sepahan won their first game in the tournament defeating Al-Ain 4-0 away, while Al-Sadd returned from Riyadh with a tie point after a 2-2 draw with Al-Nassr.
