Qatar Cup: Al-Sadd conclude preparations for Al-Rayyan, Xavi announces squad

Al-Sadd head coach Xavi Hernandez announced the matchday squad for the upcoming Al Rayyan clash in the Qatar Cup 2020 semi-finals.

Al-Sadd is preparing to face Al-Rayyan in the match that will kick off at half past seven on Saturday, the 11 of January at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The squad consists of 18 players (Saad Al-Dossari, Youssef Abdullah, Pedro Miguel, Khoukhi Boualem, Jung Woo-young, Salem Al-Hajri, Gabi, Ali Asad, Akram Afif, Baghdad Bounjah, Nam Tae-he, Hassan Al-Haydos, Rami Suhail, Mustafa Tariq, Abdul Karim Hassan , Hussein Behzad, Abdulaziz Al-Ansari, Yasser Abu Bakr).

The team held its last training session at the club’s secondary pitch, which included physical exercise and some light skills training. It was followed by a focus on ball training individually and collectively. After the training, the Wolves entered an overnight camp in Al-Messila Hotel, from where they will depart for the stadium on Saturday.
