OFFICIAL: Pouraliganji is a Saddawi until the end of the season

Al-Sadd Sports Club has announced the signing of Iranian defender Morteza Pouraliganji until the end of the 2015/16 season, as a replacement for South Korean star Lee Jung Soo, who leaves after spending 5 and a half years with the club.
Pouraliganji is set to start training with the first team from 5:30 PM on Wednesday at the secondary pitch of the club.
Morteza at a glance
Morteza Pouraliganji started his career at Iranian club Naft Tehran in 2010 after which he moved to Chinese side Tianjin Teda in 2015. He spent one season in China before deciding not to renew his contract.
Pouraliganji made his debut with the Iran national team in the match against Iraq on 4 January 2015, with Iran winning 1-0. He went on to play for Iran at the 2015 AFC Asian Cup, nailing a place in the AFC Team of Round 2 after a good performance against Qatar.
