​Al-Sadd goalkeeper Muhannad Naim said that the 1-0 win over Al-Kharaitiyat was a deserved and important result.

Speaking after the match, Muhannad said: “It was a deserved win for us especially after the effort and performance the team showed throughout the match to get the three points, which will be crucial in our campaign for a better position. The team is improving from match to match and this bodes well for the future.”
