Al-Sadd defender Lee Jung Soo will miss out on the derby against Al-Arabi in Round 7 of Qatar Stars League which will be held on Satirday at the Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium.
Lee suffered from a bruised knee that kept him out of training during the last few days following his participation in the last match against Al-Khor.
Meanwhile, the first team concluded its training at the secondary pitch at 5:30 PM on Friday evening amid a good turnout from the supporters of the team in preparation for the derby.
The coaching staff focussed on fitness and technical training with a practice organized for dead ball situations too. After the session, Amouta announced the 18-man list of probables: Muhannad Naim, Steven Tidga, Muriqui, Ali Asad, Hassan al-Haydos, Nadir Belhadj, Abdulkarim Hassan, Gaser Yahya, Omar Yahya, Ibrahim Majid, Talal al-Baloushi, Mohammed Kasola, Musab Khodr, Hamza al-Sanhaji, Xavi Hernandez, Khalfan Ibrahim, Saleh Bader and Nasser Ibrahim.
Later, the team left for the a closed training session at the Grand Heritage Hotel which will last until the departure for the game.
Good turnout of fans
A large number of fans were present at the training session on Thursday to support the team ahead of the much awaited derby against Al-Arabi.
