In the presence of VP, Al-Sadd conclude preparations

​Al-Sadd Club Vice President Mr. Nasser Mubarak Al-Ali attended the final training session of the football first team as it concluded its preparations for the upcoming game against Al-Kharaitiyat in Round 22 of the Qatar Stars League. The game will kick off at 6 PM on Friday at the Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium.

At the end of the session, head coach Jesualdo Ferreira announced the list of probables for the game against Al-Kharaitiyat.

The 18-man list is as follows: Saad Al-Dosari, Muhannad Naim, Musab Khodr, Ibrahim Majid, Mohammed Kasola, Pedro, Nadir Belhadj, Xavi, Hamad Mansour, Gaser Yahya, Nasser Ibrahim, Hassan Al-Haydos, Meshaal Al-Shammari, Khalfan Ibrahim, Ali Faydh, Hossam Kamal, Salem Al-Hajri, Baghdad Bounedjah.

The list saw the continued absence of Talal Al-Baloushi due to lack of match fitness while Khalfan Ibrahim and Ibrahim Majid joined the team after a period spent on the sidelines. Algerian striker Baghdad Bounedjah made the squad for the second time.

The team held their final training session from 6 PM on Thursday at the secondary pitch. The coaching staff implemented the physical training programme and also focused on light technical drills. Later, the team left for the Grand Heritage Hotel for a closed camp which will last until the time of departure for the match.
