Hassan Al-Haydos: Ready for the summit clash, no advantage for any team

Al-Sadd star Hassan Al-Haydos spoke of his side’s readiness ahead of the upcoming QNB Stars League game against Al-Duhail.

Al-Haydos believes that the top-of-the-table clash is an important game for both teams. “At the end of the day, it’s three points. We are ready to give all we have, technically, physically and tactically in order to get those points.”

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Al-Haydos said: “What matters to me is that the team wins and we get the three points. What is important for me is that our results improve and that our performances also improve in the coming future.”

When asked about Al-Duhail’s eight-goal win over Al-Kharaitiyat, he said: “It doesn’t worry us. We don’t look at the result of others. We just focus on the match. There is no advantage for any team at kickoff; although Al-Sadd are missing key players, we have good replacements.”

Al-Haydos concluded by saying: “The league campaign is long. The result of the next match won’t clinch the league. But we will give all we have in order to get the win.”
