Hamid Ismail: Delighted to continue at Al-Sadd, we have huge challenges coming up
Al-Sadd’s Hamid Ismail has expressed his delight after signing a two-year contract extension which is set to keep him at the club until 2020.
Speaking to the club website, Hamid said: “My experience with the Wolves has been amazing. I have managed to win titles with the team and I have also improved greatly, playing alongside an excellent group of players and coaching staff of a high calibre.” He
“Alhamdulillah, I signed the deal because of a mutual desire from both sides. I did not hesitate in signing for Al-Sadd for the next two seasons, because everything is ideal at this club,” added Hamid.
“Our aim in the upcoming phase is to be at our best, especially in the AFC Champions League and in all the challenging fixtures we will face in the new season.”
Hamid, who had initially joined the club in January on a six-month contract, is now in his third stint with Al-Sadd. He also expressed his thanks to the club manageemnt for their trust in his abilities and promised the fans that he will give his best for the team.
