First team resumes training, Boughanemi feted

The Al-Sadd football first team resumed training at the club’s training pitch on Saturday, after a day of rest which was given following the 4-0 win over Al-Kharaitiyat in the QNB Stars League.

Al-Sadd are now preparing for the upcoming QSL Cup Group B match against Al Ahli, which will be played on Tuesday, the 12th of December at the Al-Shamal Stadium.

Saturday’s session was held without nine Al-Sadd players who are away with the Qatar senior and U23 teams: Saad Al-Dosari, Pedro Miguel, Musab Kheder, Salem Al-Hajri, Hassan Al-Haydos, Meshaal Barsham, Meshaal Al-Shammari, Hashim Abdullatif, Ahmed Sohail.

The players who appeared in the game against Al-Kharaitiyat underwent recovery training while the rest of the players took part in technical drills.

Meanwhile, the coaching staff and the players feted the team’s performance analyst Ibrahim Boughanemi who has completed ten years with the Wolves.
