Bounedjah returns to the top of goalscorers chart

Al-Sadd’s Algerian striker Baghdad Bounedjah returned the top of the Qatar Stars League scoring chart, joining Lekhwiya’s Yousef El Arabi with 8 goals.

Bounedjah scored his 7th and 8th goals during the Round 6 game against Al-Shahaniya, which ended in a 4-0 win for Al-Sadd.

After opening the scoring with a 6th minute penalty, Bounedjah added one more in the 78th minute with a free kick from just outside the box.
