Al-Sadd to play in white, Persepolis in red

The pre-match technical meeting for the 2018 AFC Champions League clash between Al-Sadd and Persepolis was held on Monday morning.

The Matchday Two fixture will see the Wolves host the Iranian champions at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium on Tuesday, with kick-off slated for 6:30 PM.

During the meeting, the attendees agreed on organizational details and were informed of AFC instructions pertaining to the match. Also on the agenda was protocol and facilities, including the players’ entry and the seating arrangements for media and the medical staff. The stipulated times of arrival and warm-up were also agreed upon.

It was also confirmed that Al-Sadd will wear their all-white kit during the game while Persepolis will play in all-red.

The meeting was attended by AFC’s match commissioner Ali Jebril (Palestine), referees assessor Toru Kamikawa (Japan) and representatives of the clubs.

Al-Sadd were represented by sporting director Mohammed Gholam Al-Baloushi and first team manager Abdullah Al-Breik.
