Al-Sadd to face Saudi side Al-Taawon in a friendly

​The coaching staff of Al-Sadd football first team, led by Jesualdo Ferreira, have decided to hold a friendly match against Saudi side Al-Taawon on Friday, the 15th of January at the secondary pitch of Al-Sadd Club.

The friendly match is being held during the QSL break as part of preparation for the upcoming Qatar Super Cup match against Lekhwiya, which will be played on 21st January at Al-Ahli Club.

Al-Taawon are currently having their 10-day training camp in Qatar, from 6th to the 16th of January. The team will play three friendlies during this period, facing Al-Fateh on 8th January, an unconfirmed team on 11th January and finally Al-Sadd on 15th January.
