Al-Sadd resumes preparation for Al-Kharaitiyat

The Al-Sadd football first team resumed training on Monday evening after a day of rest afforded to the players following the loss to Mesaimeer in a friendly match played on Sunday.

The team will continue preparations for the upcoming match against Al-Kharaitiyat in Round 9 of the Qatar Stars League. The match is scheduled for the 22nd of November and will be played at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The session on Monday saw the participation of Xavi, who returned following his visit to France to attended in the launch of the official ball for Euro 2016. Except for the internationals who are away with the Qatar national teams, the rest of Al-Sadd players also took part in the session.

The coaches focused on fitness and technical exercises, in addition to practicing putting pressure on the opponent in small areas. Al-Sadd will intensify its preparations for Al-Kharaitiyat on Tuesday, with two separate sessions scheduled for the day.
