Al-Sadd resume training to prepare for Al-Shahaniya clash

The Al-Sadd first team resumed training at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, starting their preparations for the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 4 game against Al-Shahaniya. The game is set to be played on Sunday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The Wolves had earlier been given the day off on Tuesday following their return from Tehran, after the 3-1 win over Esteghlal in first leg of their AFC Champions League quarterfinal.

Wednesday’s session saw the coaching staff focus on physical training exercises for the players who had appeared in the game against Esteghlal. The rest of the team underwent technical drills with the ball.
