Al-Sadd resume training in Doha to prepare for Al-Duhail

The Al-Sadd football first team resumed training from 7 PM onwards on Thursday, at the main pitch of Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The squad had earlier returned to Doha on Tuesday after the end of the pre-season training camp in Olot, Spain which lasted from the 14th to the 29th of July. The players got two days of rest before the resumption of training, ahead of the upcoming AFC Champions League clash with Al-Duhail.

Al-Sadd will face off with Al-Duhail in the first leg of their Round of 16 tie on Tuesday, August 6 at the Al-Janoub Stadium.

The coaching staff is working on tactical and technical aspects of the game, as they look to bring the players up to the required level of readiness.
