Al-Sadd reserves defeat Al-Kharaitiyat in the QatarGas League

Al-Sadd reserves defeated Al-Kharaitiyat reserves 4-2 in a postponed match from Round 16 of the QatarGas League, which was held on Friday at the Al-Sailiya Club ground.

This result means that Al-Sadd now have 16 points from 16 games (5 wins, 1 draw and 10 defeats).

Al-Kharaitiyat opened the scoring in the 10th minute through Abdulkarim Al-Shammari before Al-Sadd equalized in the 33rd minute through Abdulaziz Al-Jalabi. Three minutes before the end of the first half, a strike from Lacina Diaby regained the lead for Al-Kharaitiyat.

In the second half, Al-Sadd got themselves back on level terms with Ayoob Mashhoor scoring their second goal in the 53rd minute. The Wolves then went on to score the third in the 62 minute via a penalty which was converted by Jasir Yahya. Saoud Ibrahim completed the scoring in the 86th minute with the fourth goal, making the score 4-2.
