Al Sadd Club football first team will resume training at 9:30 PM on Sunday, 12 July on the secondary pitch at the club, as part of preparations for the new 2015/16 season.
Last season saw Al-Sadd triumphing the Emir Cup for the 15th time in its history, in addition to winning the first-ever Qatar Super Cup. The team was also heavily involved in the race for the league title, which finally ended with them finishing second behind Lekhwiya.
The Wolves will train in Doha until July 25, when they travel for the foreign training camp scheduled to be held in Austria till the 9th of August.
The football department at the club has decided to hold the camp in the Austrian town of Kaprun for the fifth straight year. During the camp, the first team and the reserve team will play a number of friendlies in August. The first team will play on the 2nd, 5th and 8th while the reserves will play on the 3rd and 6th. The first team will face Gaziantepspor (Turkey) on the 2nd, Al Ain (UAE) on the 5th and an unconfirmed team on the 8th.
The camp will involve the participation of all players, including national team and foreign players.
