Al-Sadd kids prepare for new season by facing Al-Jaish

​The kids teams at Al-Sadd is preparing for the new season by holding friendly matches with their counterparts at Al-Jaish. The matches were held at the secondary pitch of the club on Wednesday.
The kids are of different ages, with players born in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Their friendly games are considered as good preparation ahead of the start of the Football Festival on September 12. Many talents came to the fore during the matches, and this augurs well for the future, especially as many of the current senior team players developed through the age group system.

Fathy Abdoun: Intense preparation ahead of the start of the festival
Fathy Abdoun, head coach of the kids teams, has expressed his complete satisfaction with the performance of the team in the friendly match.
He told the official website: “The kids section includes players at the highest level who will have quite a significant role in the future and will support the first team well.” He added that the kids were preparing with full force ahead of the start of the new season.

Abdoun also said that the coaches of the kids teams were working hard to ensure that all players reached adequate levels of preparation especially as this age group requires a special focus.
The coach concluded his chat saying that everyone was striving for a great start to the new season which will feature tough matches that require top performances.
