Al-Sadd draws with Al-Gharafa in QatarGas League

​Al-Sadd Reserves drew 2-2 with Al-Gharafa in a QatarGas League Round 5 match which was played at Al-Khor Stadium. After this draw, Al-Sadd increased its points tally to 8 from 2 wins, 2 draws and a loss.

It was Al-Gharafa who opened the scoring early in the first half when Fuhaid al-Shammari scored in the 17th minute from a penalty. The first half ended with Al-Gharafa holding the 1-0 lead. After the restart, Meshaal al-Shammari struck the equalizer for Al-Sadd in the 53rd minute before Fuhaid added a second for himself and Al-Gharafa in the 63rd minute from another penalty. With 5 minutes of normal time to go, Hamad Mansour got a second equalizer for Al-Sadd.

Al-Sadd Reserves started the match with the following lineup: Steven Tedga, Abdulrahman Nasser, Gaser Yahya, Hussain Behzad, Omar Yahya, Alaadeen Younes, Abdulhadi Numan, Ali Faydh, Nasser Ibrahim, Saoud Ibrahim, Meshaal al-Shammari.

Ayoob Mashhoor and Hamad Mansoor entered as substitutes in the second half.
