Al-Sadd continues training without rest; begins preparations for Al-Sailiya
The Al-Sadd football first team trained on Monday, without taking any day off after their QSL Round 24 game against Al-Rayyan on Sunday. The players who had appeared in the match underwent a recovery session.
The Wolves are now preparing for their next game, which will be against Al-Sailiya in Round 25 of the QSL. The game is set to be played on Thursday, the 6th of April at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.
Al-Sadd are currently in second place in the league standings with 57 points and won their last game against Al-Rayyan (4-1).
On Monday evening, the Al-Sadd players underwent stretching and recovery exercises to relieve themselves of fatigue, before moving on to the jacuzzi. Four players – Mohamed Kasola, Hamza Al-Sanhaji, Ahmed Bader Sayar and Hussam Kamal – underwent tactical and skills training with the ball.
The team is now set to hold its main training session from 6:15 PM on Tuesday at the club’s training pitch.
